MY TAKE:

I have used this product for over a year, in essence I have used at least three jars, I use it every wash day on my root mostly, Reason: I like the mintish and tinglish feeling after applying it. The menthol in the product I belief has protected me against dandruff. My wash days aren’t complete without this product and I promise to keep using till something else over shadows this product.

MY REGIMEN:

WASHDAY: Washday is every Friday and it always goes like this or sometimes with few alterations.

·         Prepoo with oil: coconut oil or Khadi Ayurvedic hair oil or

·         Deep Condition

·         Shampoo or Co-wash as the case may be

·         Tea rinse

·         Condition

·         T-shirt dry 15% & Air dry 75%

·         Apply Leave-ins

MAINTENANCE:

·         I aim to moisturize and seal hair at night

·         Moisturize in the morning before styling as the case may be,

·         Protective styles 75% of the time with buns, flat twists or ponytails.

·         Do GHE method on my head when new growths are much to get extra moisture.

·         Baggy my ends only with coconut oil and conditioner once a week when needed.

RELAXER:

I currently do strict guarded salon relaxing @ 20weeks post using ORS Olive Oil Relaxer but my next relaxer day I might try self-relaxing.
